What Can You Do With Your qEEG Certification?
If you are looking for a promising career where you can help people, get your qEEG Certification through the International QEEG Certification Board (IQCB).
The IQCB offers technician and diplomate certifications. Applicants file an application ($200), enroll in an IQCB-accredited didactic course, complete practice and mentoring, and take their QEEG exam ($150).
Mentoring
Mentoring involves a minimum of 10 contact hours to review 10 patient/client data analysis and 5 QEEG report presentations. Two of these hours must involve direct observation. You may have more than one mentor and will negotiate the price of mentoring hours.
Equipment
Don't overlook used equipment when you search for neurofeedback systems. You will require at least a 19-channel EEG amplifier.
